Peter M. Sidorczuk
Founder and Principal

Peter graduated from UIC with a MS Degree in Civil Engineering with a focus in Geotechnical Engineering.   Peter started in the construction industry as a survey crew member and AutoCAD drafter which later led to a position as a  Project Engineer.  Peter was promoted to Chief Geotechnical Engineer in 2013 where he was responsible for managing soil boring projects from start to finish including drill rig scheduling and maintenance, laboratory inspections, soil laboratory testing, engineering calculations, engineering reporting, and client relations.  To this date Peter continues to expand his expertise of Geotechnical engineering for commercial, industrial, residential, and other specialty projects such as forensic exploration where the existing foundations are experiencing failures.  Peter is also involved in Environmental IEPA LPC-663 sign offs for CCDD material disposal and all aspects of construction material testing for concrete, soil, steel, and asphalt.

Joseph C. Popeck
Founder and Principal

Joseph has a diverse professional background, entering the construction industry in 1999 as a Land Surveyor. Joseph was an integral part of the day to day operations of commercial, industrial, and residential projects performing construction layout throughout. In 2003, Joseph seized an opportunity and transitioned into the role of Land Development Manager for a Fortune 500 home builder. Here Joseph refined his budgeting, scheduling, and project management skills. In 2006, Joseph entered the fields of Geotechnical Engineering and Construction Material Testing. During this time, Joseph continued to work with clients towards establishing project budgets and overseeing project management responsibilities.
